This Privacy Policy describes how Verdo Corporation (“Verdo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information relating to our business customers and their authorised representatives (“you”) in connection with the Verdo platform and services (“Services”).

Verdo Corporation is a Delaware corporation providing AI-powered meeting intelligence services to business customers. We act as a data processor on behalf of our customers, who are the data controllers for the personal data of their end users.

We collect and process the following categories of personal data from authorised business representatives:
- Identity data: Full name and job title/role
- Contact data: Business email address
- Audio recordings: Voice recordings of meetings submitted to the Verdo platform for processing
- Usage data: Logs of interactions with the Services, including access times and feature usage
We do not collect payment information directly; this is handled by our payment processor.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services
- To process meeting recordings and generate outputs as requested

Meeting recordings and derived outputs are retained for the duration of the customer agreement and deleted within 30 days of contract termination, unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in writing.

- Cloud infrastructure providers: AWS (Amazon Web Services), for hosting and storage
- Authentication providers: Google, for identity and access management
- Professional advisors: Legal, accounting, and audit firms, subject to confidentiality obligations

All sub-processors are contractually required to maintain appropriate security measures and process data only on our instructions.
7. International Data Transfers
Verdo Corporation is based in the United States. If you are located in the EU/EEA, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Such transfers are made in accordance with applicable data protection law, including through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where required.
